FAQ
Q) What documents do we have to provide to claim Funding?
A) To be able to claim any funding with Bouncy Bear Childcare you will need to show us your child’s Birth Certificate, and confirmation of the funding you have been awarded, e.g. Two Year Old Funding Letter, 30 Hour 11 Digit DERN Code so we can issue you with a consent form to proceed. A contract from your college or university provider if they are contributing. For normal Universal 3 Year Old Funding we just need your child’s Birth Certificate.
Q) What do I need to Bring Day to Day for Nursery?
A) You will need remember your orange Learning Journal which will be issued when you start nursery. Please make sure that your child has the appropriate clothing for the weather, e.g. Coat if it’s raining, Hat and gloves if cold and sunhat and sun cream if hot. If your child is in Nappies you will need to provide nappies and wipes for the day (please note we don’t keep spare nappies), nappy rash cream if required and plenty of spare clothes if toilet training. It is a good idea to provide spare clothes in case your child spills something or gets messy whist painting or wet during water play etc.
