Swimming

We are very fortunate to be based close to Wellington Town Centre. This gives us access to many services which the children benefit from. One of these is Wellington Sports Centre and Swimming Pool.

Children aged over three years old have the opportunity to use the swimming pool and this experience is free of charge to the parents.

We provide the children with life vests and ask that they bring in their swimming costumes and towels from home.

The children love being able to use the pool with and not only does it help to improve their physical development and water confidence, it also helps them to form friendships during the shared experience.

Children are supported by carers with a very high staff ratio of 1:3. Not only do the children have life vests and carers to keep them safe at all times but there is also a fully qualified life guard at the swimming pool.
